As I listen to men teaching and training, I’m learning so much. And even as I am reflecting what I’m hearing against my own experiences, and I need to adjust what I hear so that it makes sense and I can work with it in my context, I actually think there’s a richness in doing that. And I think even for the men in our conferences and training, they could gain from the riches of listening to women with different experiences. I think it would be important for both men and women to listen to more input from women.
