If you have come to the field as a Missionary, you have come with an apostolic gifting. It doesn’t matter if you have a marketplace job or not, you are coming with an apostolic gifting. And if you’re coming with an apostolic gifting then you need to be sent. The church will lay their hands on you, send you, support you, and be behind you, even if you are a Marketplace worker. The church still has a responsibility to be behind Workplace missionaries.
